Little Bow Studios will make up to two rounds of edits on any custom listing or customization request. Buyer will be charged $5 for each additional round of edits requested. Requests for new design concepts cannot be accommodated after the first revision round is completed. A round is considered completed upon receipt of the revised proof and a design will be considered final upon proof approval. Buyer has one week to respond with revision requests after receipt of the proof, otherwise the design will be considered final and the order will be processed as is. Failure to provide details for listings requiring personalization may result in order cancellation.

Processing time varies—please check your listing description for your item’s timetable. (Ship time estimates are for U.S. shipping only. International shipping times vary and additional fees may apply.) Note that processing time for personalized items or customization requests begins AFTER design approval. Little Bow Studios will not be held responsible for delays caused by customer response time or requests for revisions.

Please contact us if you need an order processed on a rush timetable or if you would like to upgrade to rush shipping. Rush processing fees and/or rush shipping fees apply.

We are unable to issue refunds on instant downloads, since these items cannot be returned. For all other digital items, fees, and upgrades, a refund of up to 50% will be given until receipt of proof or delivery of service (e.g. a rush upgrade). Please contact us within 3 business days if a physical item is damaged or does not meet your expectations—we will do our very best to rectify the situation. In the case of damaged items, your claim will be processed and, upon approval, your replacement item should arrive within 7 business days. Shipping claims should be made directly with the respective carrier. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive your item on time.

Please note that monitor and screen colors vary, particularly between mobile devices and computers. Little Bow Studios will not be held responsible for color variations between your monitor and final print, or between two monitors, in the case of a digital-use item.

All digital products are licensed for personal use only, by a single user. Digital prints may be displayed by a single user in up to two locations (e.g. two rooms in the purchaser’s home or once in the purchaser’s home and once in his/her office). Please contact us before purchasing if you intend to display a print in three or more locations (e.g. multiple rooms in an office or multiple rooms in a rental property).

Digital items may not be shared between the purchaser and another party, regardless of intended use. If a digital item is gifted, the purchaser relinquishes all rights to recipient.

Any attempt at personal distribution or commercial resale of any item, digital or physical, will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

The purchaser is responsible for uploading their filter to Snapchat and for selecting the area, date, and time they would like their filter to be active. Once approved by Snapchat, the purchaser will be able to use the filter during the date and time requested, and anyone in the area they selected will be able to use it as well.

Note that uploading a custom filter to Snapchat is an additional expense not included in this purchase, and that Snapchat has a processing time of approximately 1-2 business days before a filter is live. Little Bow Studios will not be held responsible in the event that Snapchat does not approve a purchased filter.
